Cthulhu - Model inspired by the work of Evan Tortorelli.
Hello everyone! This project was a way for me to experiment with character modeling workflows and to further develop my skills in ZBrush and texturing. I've always been inspired by Lovecraft's novels, so when the assignment was to "create a humanoid monster," I immediately jumped on this idea and began searching for captivating concepts. Evan Tortorelli's design was so mesmerizing that I decided to first replicate it and then reinterpret it using my knowledge of anatomy. I started by sculpting in ZBrush, then used Maya for retopology, rendering, and finally texturing in Substance Painter.
